Last week BlackBerry agreed to a $4.7 billion deal with its biggest share holder Farefax Holdings to go private. But now reports are showing up stating that the private equity firm is having problems raising the funds needed to push the deal through. Besides that they aren't the only company who wants to buy BlackBerry. Well let me be more specific they're not the only company who sees value in the different parts of BlackBerry. SAP and Cisco are interested in BlackBerry's enterprise business, while Intel is looking at Blackberry's patents. Those two entities are valued at $2 and $3 billion.
