A former Microsoft Corp. executive Kurt DelBene has been named to replace Jeffrey Zients as the manager of the U.S. health insurance enrollment program. Zients is moving on to become the White House chief economic adviser. DelBene worked at Microsoft for 21 years, and was most recently the president of the Microsoft division in charge of the popular Microsoft Office software. He will take over tomorrow as head of the team improving the federal health exchange.
