The Taiwanese personal computer maker; Acer Inc., is planning to turnaround their missfourtunes over the last decade by focusing more on its hardware background, according to the new Chief Executive Officer Jason Chen. In a statement Chen said, "We need to dig ourselves out of a hole." Acer is among the worst hit by the PC industries largest annual shipment decline in history, as its sales volume plummeted by 28%. Acer is set to post its third consecutive annual lost and shares were down 0.8% before Chen made this announcement. The stock has been stagnant for four years since it first doubled in 2009.
