Donald Sterling's wife has been approved to proceed with the record $2 billion sale of the Los Angeles Clippers, despite his objection. Superior Court Judge Michael Levanas said Shelly Sterling's deal with former Microsoft Corp. CEO Steve Ballmer was permissible and could be consummated even if Sterling appealed. Levanas said, "She has every good reason to believe that Donald agreed to the sale of the team."
