Rob Marcus the CEO of Time Warner Cable Inc. is set to receive a severance of $79.9 billion in cash, equity and benefits, because of the $45 billion takeover he agreed to with Comcast Corp. Marcus had been at the helm of Time Warner Cable for two months before agreeing to the deal in February. This payout includes $56.5 million in restricted stock and unvested options and $20.5 million in cash.
