Apple Inc. posted a 12% rise in revenue after the new iPhone launch breaking previous records. In September Apple sold 39.7 million iPhones. Wall Street analysts were expecting 38 million iPhones to be sold excluding sales in China. Apple's Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri said the new iPhone, has already surpassed the previous model in China. Orders for the new phone helped Apple with its 12.2% jump in revenue last quarter to $42.12 billion.
