A judge in London said HTC Corp. could no longer sell its One Mini phone in the U.K. starting from Dec. 6 after it was found to have infringed on patents owned by Nokia. Judge Richard Arnold ruled that HTC's One Mini phone had microchips that breached Nokia's patent, and delayed an injunction against the product so HTC could appeal. In the ruling he said, blocking U.K. sales of the phone would cause "considerable" damage to the firm. The HTC One, was released globally in March, and it the smart phone makers flagship handset, and received great reviews for it sleek design.
